Data Storage

Your trading preferences are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. Trade history and account information are stored on our secure servers hosted on Railway.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your Kalshi credentials are never stored on our servers - they remain in your browser.

SMS & Mobile Messaging Privacy

If you provide your phone number to use phone-based authentication or to receive account and service notifications, the following applies to your mobile information:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting support.

Leaderboard

If you use Reflex, your username (derived from your email) and trading performance may appear on our public leaderboard at reflexbot.io/leaderboard. This helps create a community of traders.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication between the extension and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.

Your Rights

You can:

Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us
Uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection
