By accessing or using the Reflex Chrome extension, the reflexbot.io website, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use prediction market and trading services in your jurisdiction to use Reflex. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
Reflex is a trading automation tool that executes strategies on Kalshi prediction markets according to settings you configure. Reflex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kalshi. Reflex provides software and research tools only and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Any analysis, verdicts, or automation provided by Reflex are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of any outcome. You are solely responsible for all trades executed through the Service and for any resulting gains or losses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, using it for unlawful purposes, or violating the terms of any third-party platform (including Kalshi) accessed through it.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you may receive automated authentication (such as one-time passcodes), account notifications, or service updates from Reflex via text message. These messages are transactional and related to your use of the Service.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact support directly.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis or automation will produce a particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflex and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
